Bought a Michael Amini Malibu chaise in October 2025, everything that touch it left a mark! Recently dropped a baby wipe on it & it left a stain. I blotted it & the stain kept getting bigger! Had it professionally cleaned according cleaned to manufacturing directions & stain remained. When I reached out to Grayson they said It was not a defect, but I beg to differ, you can’t even sit on it with out a mark left on it! This will definitely be my last purchase with them! I’am extremely upset !

Bought the Twig Round Mirror. Weeks of shipping delays. Mirror shipped on pallet weighing 130 lbs in a 53-foot semi-trailer, the driver of which said he could not deliver to my home. Arguing with him that other such trailers come and go often, I got nowhere, so I met him at a Home Depot parking lot with a U-Haul to make the trip to my home, taking 2+ hours for this effort. I asked Grayson Living for repayment of costs, got nowhere. Also, one "twig" is cracked, but after losing the argument for repayment of my U-Haul rental costs, I gave up trying to swap it for one in new condition. I will not buy again from Grayson Living and suggest you take my experience into account if you are thinking of a purchase.

We believe there is a misunderstanding! Your order is actually on schedule to leave the warehouse on April 16th, with delivery expected about two weeks after that (by late April).
