I don't like that I can no longer send my socks as they keep getting lost, even when they are in a mesh bag. And they want to take $5 off. I wear dress socks and but them from museums and other special places and often i'm paying $15-20 per pair. So I am dissatisfied with that. I'll keep the service for now but please know i'm shopping around.

We are confident that a rewash of your items would have corrected the situation, but this offer was declined.
We strive to provide a high quality of service; part of this experience is our clients choosing from our fully customizable selection of products and preferences. Part of your concern was in regard to "stiffness" in items, we are confident that by adding fabric softener to your orders, this would be resolved. Additionally, some items can experience lint transfers. We are not able to prevent lint transfer in our standard wash and dry cycle, although we understand this is frustrating. We were willing to rewash these items as well and use extra methods at no extra cost to remove the lint for you, this offer was also declined.
Our goal is to work with you and correct the situation, we were not allowed this opportunity. Our first step in resolution is to rewash before moving to refund, as our local team processed the order following your preferences and had not made an error.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, even though we recognize the outcome was not what you had hoped for. While we regret that we weren't able to fully meet your expectations in this case, your feedback has been heard and will be used to help us improve.

The process was simple. We set out our bag and it was returned the next day, clean and folded. We have four kids and it's a great way to catch up if we get a little behind on laundry.

You just made everything go so smoothly and were keeping me apprised of everything that was going on with my laundry. I appreciate being informed from the very beginning to the drop off. I like the way you sorted my clothing. From underwear to bedding in plastic bags. I will be using your services in the future. I’m a disabled Senior citizen. I have a lot of medical issues. You made my life easier. Thank You! My only regret is that I was unable to tip my driver because I was in the hospital getting ready for surgery. They told me I had only 24 hours to leave a tip. We are senior citizens who are going through a period where neither one of us is healthy and mobile. Trustpilot is a lifesaver. The laundry is done just the way I would do it, and is folded and separated perfectly. I love their bags, and love that they let you know when they are on their way to pick up or drop off your laundry. They are wonderful. It's a little expensive, but worth it if you don't have time or energy in your life to do laundry.

Happy Nest Laundry Services were amazing and outstanding within their laundry services. Their staff, drivers, and maintenance screw for all the laundry to be completed excellent care. We needed them in the last four weeks. It has been expensive service rendered however, we were grateful to have them help us during our difficult time.
It’s a five star rating laundry service and delivery company. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Love the service and perfectly happy with the way the clothing, sheets, towels come back to me fresh, clean and folded. However, pricing has gotten a bit wild.
Initially, I was charged regular plus a small discount, that was great. The next time regular charge, that was great too. Unfortunately the last time it was double charged. Now it happened again today. Not sure why this is being done to me but would like to stay a customer. However, would like some explanation as to why the price hike now that I am so happy, you pull the rug on me! Why?
I hope to get this resolved or I will no longer use or recommend. Thanks.
