Very happy we used happy nest. Going to the laundromat almost cost the same amount and we have to pack up the baby and all our things and spend hours there. This was a major time and stress saver for us. Laundry washed exactly how we asked! Thank you!

This was my 1st time using a laundry service. I'll start with the positive: my laundry came back clean, neatly folded, and was returned the next day.
Unfortunately, the pickup process was incredibly frustrating. I left my laundry out at 6:45 a.m. before work and relied on the app for updates, as instructed. Throughout the day, the app continued to say my driver was "preparing for pickup."
When I contacted customer service around 3:30 p.m., I was told my laundry had not been picked up yet & to continue to check the app for updates. Later that evening, another agent told me it had actually been picked up at 8:00 a.m. Then, around midnight, I received a text saying I was next for pickup, followed 15 minutes later by another text saying it had just been picked up. The app, text messages, and customer service all contradicted one another.
As a first-time customer, this made me genuinely question whether my laundry had been lost or stolen. Thankfully, it was returned the next day exactly as promised, and the quality of the wash and fold was good.
For about $60 for two 13-gallon trash bags, I expected a much smoother experience. The laundry itself was great, but the inaccurate tracking and conflicting communication were enough that I'll likely try a different service next time.

I have been using this service since my surgery in August 2024. They have been exceptional! Service, communication and the care is one of the main reason I have not stopped using them. Every week, 2 bags, washed, dried, folded, sorted and returned to me in a timely manner. HIGHLY APPRECIATED and RECOMMEND!!

My appliances are too old and small to handle big comforters. This is the perfect surface for your heavier laundry especially if your appliances are older than 10 years. The delivery and drop off was seamless. I am confused a little about what bags I should put them in and the billing but that’s something that I need to email the customer service about. Otherwise I would recommend using the service.

I contacted HappyNest after needing all our bedding washed. The process was very easy - you use the app to schedule your pickup, and they will be there that day. They brought back 3 of our heavy blankets the very next day, way earlier than I expected. Great service! You won't be disappointed.

I was charged a missed pick up fee, when my laundry was delivered. I did not have a scheduled pickup, just a delivery.
