I was very impressed with my service. The customer service was exceptional. I like that I can choose the day that I get laundry picked up and even as far as the instructions they allow me to choose my instructions. My clothes were folded very nicely. I do have trouble with the broad range of times that the delivery drivers come to drop off my laundry because I may or may not be home around those times, but other than that, I approve of this service. 👍

$69 for 25lbs of laundry I find excessive compared to other e-laundry services I have used. 13 gallon garbage bag is a liquid measure and a corresponding weight/size in inches would have been helpful. Thanks but no thanks. As a senior citizen I use a laundry service because I live on the second floor and can't manage the weight after a knee replacement. I'll be looking for other options.

Our pricing is designed to provide predictable costs for customers with full bags of laundry, regardless of weight- and is regularly reviewed to ensure we are staying competitive with pricing. I had a pick up today and it was delivered about an hour ago. I provided my own detergent and softener. My clothes do not even remotely smell clean, look clean and the fabric softener that I sent was brought back to me in the same bottle but something totally different inside. I now have to re wash all my laundry. As a business owner myself I vaguely leave negative reviews. I needed a little extra help and I am so disappointed I did so. The price i paid to have clothes not even look clean or smell clean while PROVIDING MY OWN DETERGENTS is disgusting. I wil be contacting the BBB as well.
