Great customer service. I contacted customer support after changing my mind and trying to upgrade to the pro. (I didn't realize the pro was a step up from the regular hoop).
The same agent stayed in contact with the same email trail vs me having to start over with my concern.

I purchased the infinity hoop and after the trial period, I decided the VIP membership wasn't in my budget at the moment. I was easily able to cancel and they issued a refund without hesitation. I bought the Infinity hoop unfortunately I still haven't had a chance to use it but I saw another charge on my credit card. It was for the social group which I guess I didn't know i was a part of. I quickly emailed them and Rose answered my email! What a pleasure to communicate with her. She explained to me what had happened and I had asked her to cancel my subscription to the social group. I am definitely not a social butterfly. She did just that and since I had emailed right away to my surprise she also refunded
the charges. In this day and age with the economy the way it is there should be more people like Rose out there! You have an asset in your company and should feel honored to have her! Thanks Rose 🌹

Everything is great and love the product. After purchasing the hoop I did not read details like I should have and got automatically signed up for a monthly subscription. I emailed the company to find out how to cancel and within minutes it was removed and refunded. Great customer service!

I love the variety of videos! It's great that there are videos for yoga and other workouts unrelated to hooping. Another thing i have absolutely loved about the community is how positive it is and how FAST you get help or answers to questions you may have. I enjoy using the product and the workouts but wish the customer service was a little more communicative. They have been slow to update me when I have reached out with a concern or issue. The switch to the new website for the community has been interesting- some new rewards- but the interactions between members are less frequent, and the engagement system is a little missed. I do not post daily as I did, but when I do, I get one response, and you are unable to look at each other's profiles to find their posts.

The response time wasn't bad. I felt like the communication between departments was insufficient. When the person originally sent the information to someone else I didn't hear anything for a long while. Then the issue was fixed but no one ever told me it was being fixed. That happened twice at separate times, all though I sent both issues at the same time. In the end my issue was resolved. I feel the timing and communication could have been better.

After purchasing the hoop, I had no issues and was thoroughly enjoying it. After a month, I received an email receipt & withdrawal of $39.99 to my credit card for the Infinity Hoop Community which i didnt realize it was a monthly subscription so I reached out to customer service, asking for a refund and cancellation of the subscription and Richard took care of the issue quickly and seamlessly. I was very happy with the customer service! Take note not to click on the free 30 day trial, if you dont want to join the group.
