I purchased flowers to be delivered in Quito on Valentine's Day. I placed the order 3 weeks in advance. The order was never delivered.
Thankfully, they issued a full refund relatively promptly, though the online chat function doesn't work well. You're better off sending a WhatsApp message which they respond to far more quickly.
It's disappointing the flowers were never delivered, but based on the other reviews on this page, I wasn't entirely surprised by the outcome...Thankful to have my refund.

The delivery was timely. Just everything was way too small for 100 dollars the small teddy bear was probably like a 5 dollar teddy and the flowers were tiny and insignificant it felt like a rip off i had to go out and buy her a super big and elegant bouquet thru a friend that was down there.

I feel like this company scammed me. I ordered flowers and gifts for my fiancée 5 days before I wanted them delivered on Valentine's day, but they were never delivered. I attempted to contact customer service by using the chat on their website and messaging them on WhatsApp, but no one contacted me. I finally sent an email Saturday night. On Sunday I received an email telling me that my flowers and gifts were delivered. I replied that they were not and that I expected a full refund. I was told someone would contact me. It's Tuesday, and I still haven't received any correspondence from this company. But I have canceled the payment. I ordered the flowers two weeks ago, January 31st because I know how busy Valentines day is. I even followed up through email and ask assurance that it will be delivered on the day I requested. Somebody from their team responded and said it will be delivered today. It’s 7pm and my girlfriend hadn’t received any flowers. I live in the Philippines and she lives in Guatemala. I thought this site would be the best to order from because it’s the first that came up. My items are worth $130. I picked the grandest bouquet I could see and added some chocolates because my gf said she had never received flowers before and I wanted it to be really special for her even though these flowers are overpriced, I figured she deserved the best and hey, I get free shipping because it was my first time ordering. Clearly I ordered from the wrong shop. What an awful experience because there was no indication of what’s going on about your order, it just says Unfulfilled, and there’s no way to contact them. I tried sending multiple emails, texting their whatsapp number, even called their hotline and nobody answers. Thanks for ruining this day for us! Crappy shop. Crappy. customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this!! I spent the last few hours crying, and feeling stressed because I really thought I could make this day special for my girl. Should’ve ordered somewhere else. Might have found something cheaper AND better service! I need full and immediate refund!!

Ordered a bouquet which looked nice on the website.
What arrived was a bouquet that was much smaller in size than expected. There was no indication in the description that it was a small bouquet and no picture of it next to something for scale.
Flowers were not fresh and already dying on arrival.
Only redeeming point was it was delivered on the correct day.
Complaint fell on deaf ears.
Waste of money.

I was trying to send an early Valentine's day bouquet to another country. I had my doubts as i never did this before. I found LatinFlores.com through a google search and they delivered to the city i was looking for. I didn't receive any update but i received a photo from the recipient that the order was received early in the evening. I placed the order in the morning and chose the same day delivery. It worked! We're both so happy. I would use LatinFlores again, when there is an upcoming birthday in 2 months.

I like this website because it is a reliable place to order. But I took 2 stars off because there was one year where the cake was not fresh. And this year I asked if they can exchange one cake for another, and they did, but it only had some peaches on top.
