Extremely disappointed with this dishonest service. I had a issue with thick lenses. Customer support promised to custom-make and ship new thinned lenses if I accepted their condition. They asked me to leave a 5-star review, which I did. Immediately after I posted the 5-star rating and asked for order confirmation, they changed their story and claimed the frame template was no longer available and demands I pay to ship the glasses back! This was a complete bait-and-switch to farm positive reviews. Avoid this store.

I place my order. It say 7 to 16 day for advance shipping . Well today is 15 days no update where my glasses are . Last I saw they had to go through customs . Will their website say CA . Very questionable now . I message and it the same thing we apologize and than I ask why are they going though customs. The answer is we ship all over. Nowhere on their website states that . I just want my glasses . And no run around. You should note on the website that it ships out of the country and don’t put advance shipping. If you cannot honor it. This is bad business . And I’m still waiting. And no movement or updates .

First pair of glasses fell apart, one lens came completely away from the frame whilst I was out shopping and I need my glasses all the time. They were replaced with a second pair that didn't even last days. The quality isn't for for purpose. Both times customer service asked for photos of proof but then asked for more then more. This time I requested a refund. They haven't even acknowledged that and told me their policy is to only replace glasses once.
Lensmart offers a 365-day warranty (warranty will be determined by the date of the parcel signed) covering clear defects in material and workmanship, and a one-time replacement will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.Your package arrived in March, after you contacted us to report damaged frames. We have arranged for a replacement pair of glasses. You confirmed that the new glasses arrived in perfect condition but subsequently became damaged during use. We apologize, but each pair of glasses is only eligible for one warranty replacement. Furthermore, your order has exceeded the return/exchange period, so we cannot process a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Lens was popped out when I received it and lensmart refuses to take responsibility for it. Ordered 4 pairs and all felt cheap and flimsy. Glasses should not fall apart simply from "bumps and jolts" as people need to be able to travel with them.
