In life you expect to be scammed at least once and dealing with this company seems to be mine. The glasses sent were not according to my prescription and they refused to accept this. They used every excuse to make it impossible to return them. If you want prescription glasses please be aware like me you may not end up with a pair you can use.

I got the Izaiah glasses and i love them! Also these are the first pair of glasses that somehow aren't super fishbowl to me. I'm a daily contact wearer and I've been wanting to get glasses to switch between and it's not a huge difference like other companies glasses I've tried with the same prescription. I bought the Nevaeh glasses less than a year ago and the lense popped out of the frame while I was cleaning them, no pressure applied whatsoever. On their website it says that Nevaeh glasses have 365day warranty. I contacted Lensmart to exchange the glasses, they 1st sent an email confirming that they’ll send new glasses, then turned around and said they won’t be sending new glasses anymore because the Nevaeh frame is half-rim. Before their confirmation to send new glasses I asked for a voucher instead so that I can get different glasses with a full rim since I didn’t quite trust the Nevaeh frame anymore, they refused. They refused all alternatives that I asked for because they’d be sending new glasses. After all that, they backtracked on their word and then gave me the a lousy voucher that they even refused to give me in the 1st place. If half-rim glasses are not under 365day warranty then why do you put it on your website as so?? Why do you false advertise? How do you promise a customer that you will deliver new glasses and then turn around and say you won’t? What do you call such customer service? Lensmart has the absolute worst service, by all means be careful when you buy from them.

I purchased a pair of glasses through Lensmart and they arrived promptly. After wearing them for a couple of days, one of the magnets on the strap part of the glasses broke off. I submitted photos to them to show them the damage. And they quickly responded that they would be replacing the glasses. They were very prompt and their service was very helpful.
