Lensmart exceeded my expectations ! Not only are the frames super stylish they are QUALITY frames ! Not only that , the prescription lenses are literally crystal CLEAR ! They are even better than my local eye shop . I typically have thicker lenses due to my prescription being strong but these lenses are the thinner I’ve had for my prescription , which is amazing and makes me feel so much better about willing wanting to wear my frames . I ordered a pair of glasses from them. After waiting for a little over a month, I had to contact them myself because I hadn’t received any updates. It turned out they had recalled the package due to an increase in customs duties, and they wanted me to pay the additional cost even though I had already paid the full amount and received an invoice for it.
Since then, we’ve exchanged several emails in which they keep trying to negotiate instead of simply refunding me the full amount. I’ve read their refund policy, but I never even received the product. This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. Disgusting.

Their customer service is fantastic. About an hour after placing my order, I realized I’d ordered the wrong color frame. I promptly sent an email explaining my dilemma. Within hours they replied and changed my order for me. I was truly shocked at how quickly they responded!

My glasses broke after wearing them only a few times. Lensmart was super helpful and are sending me a new pair, the Facebook messaging hours made this process take a while. Other than that customer service is great!

The glasses themselves are fine, but the customer service was one of the most confusing experiences I've had. During my case I received several contradictory answers from different representatives, including different promised refund amounts ($20, then 70% lens refund, then only $13). The issue took weeks to resolve because the support team repeatedly provided inconsistent information. The refund was eventually processed, but the communication was frustrating and unnecessarily complicated.

I have made 2 orders with them. The first ine was alright, the shipping took a while and the transitioj lenses are not good. The second order one of the glasses was off, it was blurry whenever u looked anywhere but straight. They say they have a guarantee and warranty. When reaching out to see if I could return them they went back and fourth. They will ask for the original prescription order from the doctor and this is how they can possibly get out of their "warranty". When it's explained all of thenothher glasses I ordered had the same prescription and I have no issues,they demanded i give them the original script. It also took about a month to get this order. So it will be $80 down the drain. I highly reccommend getting glasses from somewhere else.

Great customer service. I accidentally got my prescription wrong on my order. The glasses are perfect other than that. The service team were really quick to respond, polite, friendly and really helpful. It has been quick and easy to resolve the issue - I would 100% recommend Lensmart! Funny how all the bad/negative reviews experienced roughly the same issues. Mine is no different.
To put it simply cheap price, low quality cheap products. Flimsy, weak garbage frames broke after less than 2 weeks of use. Customer service offered no resolution after asking the same questions over and over. Save your time and money. They dont care and Im sure to follow will be a generic response like from all the other reviews.

Ordered my glasses on 7th of July. Made one purchase but since it was advertised that the shipment in free of charge, made a second one. On 17th of July received an email from the customer service that due to “tax reform” my order was returned (this clearly is a lie, it wasn’t even send out yet, the quality check appears to be done on 14th of July and order reviewing was made on the 17th of July). They offered to send it via DHL and I confirmed and asked to combine both orders and send it as one. In the next email I received a PayPal link and a message that I need to pay extra 60$ for this shipment. I asked to provide an invoice, they answered it’s not possible to provide it. Also asked, why the website says the DHL shipment costs are 29,99$, but I’m asked to pay 60$, without any invoice. The answer was - I have two orders.
UPDATE: I placed my order a month ago, and I am still empty-handed, it has turned into a month-long cycle of blatant dishonesty. After I agreed to pay extra for DHL shipping (29€) just to get my glasses, the service went from bad to worse. I have been stuck in an endless loop of being told my glasses are being "re-customized," even though it was said at the beginning that the glasses were already shipped and returned, turns out the package hadn't ever been shipped!!!
Now, they have reverted back to the claim that my lenses are in "customization" for another 3-5 business days. It is obvious that these are just stall tactics; they are recycling the same "customization" scripts every time they need to buy more time.
Even more concerning is their behavior regarding feedback. Their customer service team has spent more energy constantly asking me to delete my negative review than actually solving the issues holding my order hostage. They seem far more focused on cleaning up their online reputation than actually delivering the product I paid for.
I’ve wasted a month, paid extra for shipping, and I’m still no closer to receiving my glasses. Save yourself the headache: do not EVER order from this company.
