Comforter is beautiful and extremely comfortable. I was hesitant on washing it because I didn’t want to ruin it. Saw an ad on fb and the company stated it was safe to wash in the washer so I did. Well it got completely ruined and the company messaged me on fb about it. I gave them my order number and they said they would be shipping me a new one. That was almost 2 weeks ago and all they keep saying is they’re following up with their processing team but no confirmation on actually getting a new comforter. I’ll update my review if they actually send me a new comforter.

Amazing product! We tried the Mellow pillow and it’s my favorite thing ever. I look forward to going to sleep now. 🤪 I ordered it as a birthday gift and was concerned that it wasn’t going to make it in time. I emailed the support team and they are AMAZING. They apologized for the delay and kept in touch with me, giving me updates on when it was shipped and where it was. The package arrived right on time!
I am so happy with this company! I have never dealt with a company that answers emails with my questions SO fast and courteously. First I had a question about the size measurements for the King/California KIng. I couldn't believe how fast the response was. I placed my order and got the comforter, but mistakenly ordered the regular comforter instead of the cool version which is necessary here in Florida. (I had purchased the cool pillow with the cooling pillow covers and LOVE them!) Once again my email was answered quickly and I was told what to do to return and exchange. No questions asked, just total understanding and no judgement for my mistake. THEY JUST WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY! I can only recommend this company, their customer service...and most of all, their PRODUCTS to the highest extent!!! A++++ Company and products! You won't be sorry!
It was a great experience. Quick response to email. They have good relationships and good services. Their products and prices are excellent. The pillow is number one. We are enjoying this pillow. It is very comfortable.
The quality of the pillows is great! I like a softer pillow and Mellow is just right. They come with a cover which is silky smooth. Also, customer service was amazing. I ordered 4 pillows but only 3 came. The help I received to get the 4th was top notch customer service! (You don’t hear THAT anymore!!!)
Extremely disappointed, I slept on it 3 to 5 days and ended up with pain in my neck, shoulder and back. I kept the pillow thinking I would feel better and try it again. I have ordered many things from Mellow over the last couple of years and I have been very pleased with everything except this last comforter. I was thinking it was double stuffed cooling but instead it is a lighter weight cooling comforter. They offered assistance in returning but,I am keeping it anyway because it is awesome with keeping us cooler. I love they're products!!
My pillow was delayed in delivery, once i contacted customer service they were very prompt and proactive. Received my pillow and I am in love with it. It is comfortable and my neck pain so far has completely gone.
The pillow was worth the wait!! They sell out fast! Customer Service is FANTASTIC!! She assured me it would be there within the week and it was!!!! I just purchased a comforter. Anxious to get it!!
Service was great, recieved pillow very fast, within 8 days! However.. I guess I didn't read the description closely enough, as when the pillow arrived it was SOO MUSHY and had zero support. I returned it immediately! I hate down pillows and thats what it felt like; very flimsy and no support. Disappointed, because the outside was very soft. Ugh. Back to my pillow quest!

I placed two orders in May and only one shipment came, the second I never received. They keep playing an email exchange game with me letting me know that my bank holds the charge which is untrue and I have letters showing that. I have never received my pillow and pillowcases which cost over $100. Never buy from this SCAM company. They are not honest at all. Bad business...

I'm a fan of Mellow. I've ordered 3 different things that have improved my sleep with the best comfort. The first thing I ordered was the cloud align pillow. I saw the ads on Facebook and saw and read the reviews so I ordered it and then I saw negative comments that people were still waiting for their order and it was over a month. So I emailed the company and they told me they get backed up in alot of orders but the orders do go out so that put me at ease. I got the pillow it was delivered in about 30 days. Then I got the sleep mask months later and that was delievered in about 2 weeks. Then I ordered the $100 comforter queen size baby blue color and was surprised that it was going to be delivered to me in a week! I got the comforter and it is so comfortable and the cloud align pillow is the best pillow I've had out of all the other great and comfortable pillows I've had. My Mom got one too and she loves it. Even though I'm happy with my pillow that I got last year. I went ahead and ordered the Puff pillow king size and the king size pillow cases yesterday July 31 2026. I've ordered alot of things from companies advertised on Facebook and ordered taking a leap of faith and everything I've ordered I get an email verification with the order transaction number and also see the order taking place on the Shop app. That is how I know the company is legit. With Mellow you get an email verification transaction number for your order.
I ordered 2 packs of cooling pillowcases and 2 king sized puff pillows. My order was well over $100. I got the tracking information for the pillowcases but nothing for the puff pillows. I received the pillowcases in the mail but even a month after no pillows. I paid and have receipts for the pillows. I tried contacting their support via their website and their support email with proof of purchase attached and I go no response. I basically got scammed. I normally don't leave reviews, but it was a lot of money taken from me for no service.

Best products made even better by the best customer service. I own multiple comforters but their cooling product line for hot sleepers are my favorite- I love the cooling blankets, pillowcases and more. When I ordered and realized I ordered the wrong size pillows I emailed them, the responses in minutes, changed out the pillows within a few minutes and my order was ready to go- so easy, so responsive! And more of my favorite products on the way in a snap- do yourself a favor and order now- I have loved every product
This review is more based on customer service than the product although the product is great when I ordered it the shipping was taking a long time I sent one email and they responded within 24 hours and then kept me in the loop with every update going forward. It’s very rare to find customer service of that level in today’s day. I appreciated the constant feedback and updates on my order. Great job!
Buyers BEWARE!! I purchased my cloud pillow in February 2026 and absolutely loved it (at 1st). After 5 months the foam is tearing. When I reach out to Mellow, they said because I purchased it in February they could only offer a 25% discount. I've owned a lot of pillows over the years and they have never fallen apart. I would never purchase from them again. They do not stand behind their product. Very cheap!! PS I also purchased the bedspread and the quality is not what I expected. I'm afraid to wash it because of the reviews I've seen saying it will tear and that staining appears. I'll stick with $80 bedspreads from TJ Maxx.
I'm not sure how much more you need me to explain other than the foam is tearing and one corner is totally detached. I would expect a lot more for my money. A pillow should'nt fall apart at only 5 months. I sent a picture to customer service and their reply is just "sorry" and we will credit you 25% to buy another disappointing product. I would have thought they would stand behind their product. I found out that's not the case.

Absolutely love the blanket, it's way prettier in person and cool to the touch. I did have to emailed support because my item hadn't arrived at the eta and I just wanted answers, but the support team was extremely helpful and kind. I'm already thinking of buying more of their cooling blankets. :)
This pillow is great it really fits my head well as a side sleeper mostly it’s hard to find a good pillow for that and I have found one thank you very much I love it
Buyer beware! These pillows are a scam. They are flat and not cooling at all! If you go to return it within your 30 day window you have to pay $15 to return it! You will lose money and sleep on these pillows! Do not waste your money or sleep!
