The items I ordered were shipped extremely fast. One item took a little longer, but it was out of stock when I ordered it. When I reached out to customer service, they responded back very quickly and explained the situation. Customer service of this quality is very rare. It was wonderful to have such a quick and thorough response. They even checked in after it was shipped and the 2nd item was delivered! Their products---amazing! I ordered their cooling blanket and eye mask. I received the item, however the blanket was the wrong color. I reached out to their customer support and they made the process so easy. I sent them a picture of the wrong color and they sent me the right blanket quickly! Both products are great quality and happy to see a company that still takes care of the customer!
When ordering originally, the color ai ordered was not available. Customer service was very communicative and professional advising me this, providing options and eventually getting my pillow in another color. The pillow is amazing and just enough cushion for me, my knees and I have had amazing sleep since using it. The cover of the pillow is buttery soft and cooling as an added plus!
I ordered 4 King Puff Pillows and received cooling pillowcases with my purchase. I am over the roof pleased with the Puff Pillows! They are very soft and comfortable. The material is cooling, the stuffing is phenomenal and the quality is top notch! I will be dressing my whole bed in Mellow bedding. Shipping took some time but customer service is unmatched. Communication and replies were always very prompt and mostly same day responses. If your looking for a supportive pillow, I wouldn't opt for the Puff Pillow as it is truly like hugging a cloud. But if you want or like a pillow to sink into or snuggle in, the Puff is for you! I LOVE MY PILLOWS AND WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN FROM MELLOW. THE Cooling pillowcases are so cold to tye touch all the time its like sleeping on the cold side of the pillow. Can't wait to order sheets and comforter!
UPDATE: I will change this to a three star review because they are making it right and shipping me a new pillow however it took a lot of frustration and back-and-forth with this company. I still would not recommend ordering anything from them in the future. I purchased the puff pillow and absolutely fell in love with it so much so that I ordered a second pillow. I am giving this review a one because when the second pillow came it is flat and will not expand. I have notified the company and I’m going back-and-forth with them with emails since I can’t speak with a human. They requested. I send the box and everything that came with it. Naturally, the box got thrown away the day it came. Then they wanted pictures and videos so this was sent. Today I get another email asking again if I have the box. Apparently they aren’t reading the emails. I would recommend not buying anything from this company, like I said I did buy a pillow that turned out to be excellent so I purchased the second pillow and a comforter, the comforter is ok, but because of the experience I am having with the company now trying to get the second pillow I purchased replaced I would recommend not buying from this company.

It’s a gimmick pillow try to return and got hit with the $15 fee on top of the shipping I already paid if you return it you can get a full refund minus the shipping but only in store credit which you’ll have to pay shipping again and slowly eats away all your money… I decided I will never do business with this company again

Worst experience ever, I placed an order #637321 in March in multiple shipments and only one shipment came, the second I never received. They keep playing an email exchange game with me letting me know that my bank holds the charge which is totally untrue and I have letters proving that. I have never received my comforter and pillowcases which cost over $150. Never buy from this company unless you have nerves to deal later with problems such as mine. They are not honest at all. Bad business practice.

I bought the cooling pjs and they are sooo comfy and soft. I also bought the Mellow Fluff pillow. It is so squishy and soft. I don’t recommend it for a neck support type pillow but it is amazing for cuddling and migraines. I’m looking forward to purchasing the mattress topper next! Customer service is very responsive.

After waiting around 2 weeks with no shipping update, I reached out to customer service and was told that there was not enough stock to fulfill my order. They were prompt in getting back to me and honest about the delay, however a backorder notification on-site would have been appreciated. I've been jaded about ordering products on line until now. The customer service was beyond amazing! The response time was immediate and extremely professional. I accidentally ordered the comforter to be sent to the wrong address and customer service was very prompt to respond and get it changed very quickly on top of that they followed through the order all the way until it was delivered to make sure it arrived. Upon arrival, the comforter was exactly as described and expected and very fluffy and comfortable.
I bought the cooling blanket and a pillow. The blanket is amazing! But did not get the pillow. I sent an email inquiring about the pillow delivery. I received an email back within minutes. They said they would look into the issue or I could cancel the order. I decided to give them a chance. They came through and mailed me my pillow, which I haven't tried yet.
