I have elderly family members who are from the generation of writing letters. No smartphones sending pics for them. But the ability to take a personalized photo from a holiday and for them to receive it in the post is great. Quality of the card was good, print was good and swiftness of postage excellent.

Couldn’t find a Post Office in Bali and this is the best thing as you can put photos of Bali on the postcard.

Please, this is making 3 times I requested for 5 digit postcard, to verify my business profile but know one arrived after 14 days, please I need help for that.
Ordering experience was quite good and easy and price was reasonable. But several days after we received confirmation that cards were printed and sent they have not been received by anyone

I sent a card over a week ago to my elderly mother and it still hasn't arrived. Very slow service after receiving a message to say it had been printed.

It’s a shame I have to give one star, because it’s worth zero or negative one star. I paid $15 Australian to start up - so far so good. They took my money with no problem at all. Then I created a postcard in an envelope for my fiancée. It looked wonderful - so far so good. I got notification within 2 days that the postcard had been printed and was about to be posted. I thought - this is fantastic - what a wonderful company. HOWEVER - that’s where the praise ends unfortunately. So after 4 weeks, the card hasn’t arrived. I sent a message to the support people who apologised, and sent me a link to re-send the card at no cost. I thought, ok, they are trying to make things right - good for them. HOWEVER - the link didn’t work! So I went back and messaged them again saying the link didn’t work. I got a message back with another link. HOWEVER - the second new link didn’t work either! So once again, I messaged back! Very unhappy, I asked them to fix it or refund my money in full - which would be $15 Australian since I gave them that amount, and received NOTHING for it apart from a lot of unnecessary stress! Upon checking my account, I was astounded and very angry that my balance was $0!! So I gave them $15, received nothing, and they have taken the full $15 from me. Is this actually a SCAM?? This is meant to be a company that promotes happiness and smiles - NOT theft and unsatisfactory service. In fact there is no service - just THEFT. Do yourselves a favour and use a company who actually does what you pay them for.

What a great app/service. Created my first postcard on a Saturday, received notification on Monday that it had been handed off to the Post Office and it was received Wednesday.
So easy to do when travelling - didn’t need to find a post office. Love that the images can be personal and can send anywhere in the world. Family in UK loved receiving them.
Amazing app, exceeded my expectations. Easy to use and the quality of printed postcards are excellent. Which I had used it sooner!
Shipping & customer service were very good. However I was not happy with the quality of the photo(s) on the cards

The app was super easy to navigate. I just wish there was shipping information so you could know when the post cards are set to arrive.

The company was very easy to use, reasonably priced and promptly mailed out. I would definitely use again. I am not sure if the recipient receieved the post card since she is not communicating with me, so I don’t know if she enjoyed receiving.
