Very easy and straight forward interface. Also, notification about a package is provided in a timely fashion. Different shipping options available to choose from to meet your needs as oppose to other Package Forwarding Services that have ties to one or two shipping companies that take either forever to ship it or poor custom service depending of the final destination.

I can’t begin to tell you how many times I’ve had to dispose of an item. One time I actually asked before purchasing the item (which was very expensive) and they confirmed that they can ship it. Once it arrived they emailed me saying that we cannot ship it. The funny thing is that their first response was not that they would help with the return, but that they would dispose of it for free (it cost a few thousand dollars!). Im currently in the midst of a similar scenario and have sent every single documentation the manufacturer has (documents states it complies with all safety regulations and that it can be shipped in civilian and cargo flights) but they’re too dogmatic and want to see a statement that the manufacturer says isn’t written as part routine documentation. Not to mention how long it takes for them to reply. Beyond frustrated.

Eversince this company was acquired by Aramex the quality have been declining. - Processing packages takes forever (can take more than a week) - If there is a problem while processing you won't be notified. You must ask. - Some options disappeared after being acquired by Aramex, like paying the taxes and customs in advance when using DHL or FEDEX. - Losing items happen more than I like. Some of their employees tell you that they can't do anything since it was lost while shipping and you didn't pay insurance. Even though it was lost at their warehouse. - Sometimes they decide to remove a package or two from your shipment, and placing them in your suite. Without telling you. They won't even refund you the unsent package without you asking and explaining. - After being acquired by Aramex, the pictures quality went downhill drastically. If you don't pay for "advanced pictures" the pictures you get are useless. - the "extra padding" is just sloppy garbage thrown in. No padding at all. Don't be surprised if the merchandise arrive damaged with the extra padding. The list isn't done, but I think I have painted a good picture.

Your services overall are good. However, in my last shipment, you miscalculated one of my orders’ weight by a large margin. The registered weight by you was 1.9lbs which was very inaccurate as it turned out to be only 28 grams after I weighed it myself after receiving it. This added an extra cost to the shipping amount and I would like you to investigate it. Package ID: 03-905-5778 Another issue: You recently lost an item of mine in your warehouse and instead of allowing me to use the full credit of $12.03 in my next shipment order, you instead only allowed me to use $2 and the remaining $10 were used as part of my monthly orders total which is unacceptable. Please look into this as well and I’d appreciate you crediting my account the remaining balance.

Package arrived safely.Communication was good, mostly communicated via WhatsApp.I don’t know if the email arm is better- but with the time difference -in Australia-it meant sometimes I was online/awake when the message came through so there was a better back and forth.Items undamaged.Asked for packaging to be removed on specific items.Some was some wasn’t…Would definitely use again.
