It's hard to believe that there are still folks out there today that possess the talent and understanding that he does. I really did not like the under writers at all , they were way to nit pickey about paper work sent to them , (Im a retired senior CPO and worked under the Admiral at one time), the way I see it, is that the Paper work could be reduced alot , I have bought houses a few times , and closed with land title offices which were much easier no BS and also have the people that are pretty much the sellers for your company , Answer there Dam Phones !

I am a vet home owner paid off, on social security. requested a home loan. The minimum amount was more than I wanted but was told I had to apply for a much greater amount. However, my soc sec. was too low to qualify for the greater amount which I did not want in the first place.

At this rate, I should have stayed with my old mortgage company. To say the least, I am not happy with you people and I will never recommend you to anyone.
