I have never had an issue before but my most recent order getting a hold of someone has been extremely difficult. I ordered in July and my portrait still hasn’t been sent out. Extremely long process this time.

The perfect birthday gift for any animal lover!

The shirt I picked out was blue-green with some peachy-orange flowers, along with Sophie, my roommates dog from 2018. He got it right on his birthday so shipping was great. Price was decent as well. The quality of the shirt is 5stars, and I've washed it twice so far. I will be coming back before Christmas this year to pick out some sweat pants, shorts and tank tops for my family! We've all got those special pets that we never want to forget, and now it's possible since any type of pet you want can be preserved! Thank you for a special, one of a kind gift option. I've never seen anything like this offered anywhere on the Internet before!

No word on my order after I approved the design. Emailed support and no word. Been almost a month.

I ordered this almost 1 month ago on June 16 and I still don’t know if it’s shipped yet. I do know that it has not been delivered. I paid extra for expedited shipping and it still isn’t there.

The shirt looks funny because the dog’s face is only on the front and arms of the shirt, but not on the back of the shirt. I have sent a reply back to you guys with pictures of what it looks like. And I have not heard anything back. Then you sent me this star rating scale. So the front looks good but not the back and I have not heard back from your company and the shirt cost me $80 Canadian. I am a very unsatisfied customer.

Customer services need to step up their game

I placed an order late in May and a couple of days later I got the artwork for approval, and I approved it immediately as it was just amazingly gorgeous. Then I got a confirmation that it would be sent to production, and then I expected to get a tracking code or some kind of information about the delivery date. Two weeks passed and I still hadn’t received any confirmation on shipping, so I contacted them by replying to the e-mail I had confirmed the artwork to. I did not get a response, so two days later I e-mailed again thinking that my first e-mail hadn’t reached them for some reason. Still no reply. So another two days later I sent a third e-mail requesting confirmation on shipping and sent it to the same e-mail and the support e-mail I found on the website. Still no reply, so I took to Trustpilot and gave them a 1 star review thinking I would have to write my credit card company to request a refund thinking I’d been scammed. The very next day I received a note that a parcel had arrived in the post so I picked it up the following morning and there was the gorgeous shirt that I had been waiting for. So I went back to my earlier review and changed it from a 1 star to a 3 star (like this one). Later that day I also received not one but two replies to the e-mails I had sent a week earlier. Now, I would’ve given 5 stars had they sent me a tracking code in time ir atleast replied to my e-mails a little sooner than a week. Such a small thing can have a massive impact on the whole experience. Next time I suggest that you make a bit more of an effort in your customer services. The shirt is gorgeous and really good! I placed an order on May 28th and…

I placed an order on May 28th and received the image of the shirt for approval on June 2nd. I immediately approved it and recieved a confirmation that it would be sent to production on June 3rd. I contacted them on June 17th, June 19th and again on June 21st asking for a confirmation of shipment or a tracking number and they’ve not replied to any of my queries. I did eventually receive the parcel on June 23rd and the product itself was amazing but I cannot gove them 5 stars as I’m really disappointed in their customer service. If they had replied they would’ve gotten 5 stars.

No product to review! Still haven't received my order after over a month, no response when I asked for an update.

I never received my order

I never received my order. I contacted them through their email multiple times with spotty responses. They eventually sent me a tracking history which showed my item was not delivered due to an "invalid address", even though I pulled up my order history which showed my correct address. I've been asking for a refund and still haven't received it.
