Delivery issues - Kitco doesn't always update delivery as instructed
I updated my address and Kitco sent my order to an old address. When I spotted the error and contacted Kitco a representive told me he updated my address (removed a old statement that not current address). I was told my order would be picked up from the delivery carrier but instead my purchase was sent back to Kitco. Today someone told me it would be sent back to my house but I would have to pay for a 2nd delivery. It was Kitco error not mine that led to initial wrong delivery. I updated address before order was sent and then I agreed to pick up product but instead it was sent back to Kitco. Kitco did take care of this and the product was delivered to the correct address. The product quality fully met my expectations.

Dealing with Jordan today was a pleasure. My only regret is that I did not discover kitco earlier. Kitco has been fabulous to deal with on every level I am currently selling but when I begin to buy again I will be buying from kitco. You should feel very comfortable trusting your precious metal requirements to kitco.

Transaction did not go through on the…
Transaction did not go through on the 11-4-24. Order is still setting in my shopping cart. Had to pay more this morning. (called it in) Someone was suppose get a hold of me in regards to this matter. So far no call and no email. Tried to check out order last night twice but Kitco system did not work. Hit the check out twice, and nothing happened.

There is no waiting for an agent to pick up the phone. The agent handled my order in a professional and speedy manner. However, there could be one area of improvement. Your website price of metals is in real time. That's really good, however, it would be helpful if you could offer real time prices on the page where the metals are being purchased without having to refresh the page.
