Great e-mail Communication!
When I had questions/concerns, I was able to e-mail and get a fairly quick response to my inquiries.
My results were not available when estimated. I contacted them. Within hours, I had e-mail explaining why there was a delay and was given the results that they did have completed.
I had intended on purchasing an add-on test, but did not. They were able to add it on, using the samples sent, which was awesome.

Turnaround time was much longer than expected. My results got delayed three times, and I didn't get my final results until past even that third deadline. Customer service was kind when I spoke to them, but it was very frustrating.
The test kit was shipped right away. The instructions were clear and the kit was easy to use.
The test results were delivered when I expected and were very clear.
I would use this service again.

I received the tests extremely fast. After I sent them back, I immediately received an email stating they samples were received and the tests would be complete within 14 days. Well, day 13 and I now have my results! Super happy with how fast efficient Paw Print Genetics is!

I sent the sample and after waiting the full term I was told it wasn’t good enough, so I had to redo everything.
Resend ( at your cost) but still have to wait the 14 days again for results.
