So easy! Go for it! It saddens me that property managers now want to charge deposits and pet rent for our fur babies. I've lived in my place for 11 years and all of a sudden, my pet is an issue. Absolute waste of time. Karen was incredibly rude and said “we can’t do anything for you” in a rude tone as soon as I got on the phone. We’ve had this dog for 7 years and protects us everyday and helps with anxiety and this company shut us down immediately before we could even speak. A joke. Do not use.
