When Planet Beauty opened in sunny Newport Beach, California in 1992, we didn’t agree with the definition of a beauty retailer. Rows of little beauty counters crowded inside busy department stores surrounded by mazes of packed parking lots…mega-mall monotony. This was not our definition of beauty. Online ordering is a joke. From the time you place an order, the item sits for five days for an address label to be made. Then it sits another three days at a distribution place, otherwise known as the Post Office. Still don’t have my package. Never ordering online again.
