Amber Kettner is phenomenal. Her attention to detail, her patience, her knowledge and just an every day caring feels that she gave me. I got exactly what I needed for my home to be safe. I deeply appreciate her professionalism and again patience because I am a 62-year-old man and she was able to walk me through everything I needed step-by-step in this day at age of speaking with foreigners, automated computers it was so nice to talk to a live person. She reviewed my current policies for both home and auto and was able to reduce my monthly on the Auto and kept my homeowners renewal to almost my current amount. If it's the company I think it is these people are awful they're yeah the price is good but they don't ask the proper questions and after you've had them for several months they cancel you well you left that out even though it was never asked about and I'm pretty sure it's these people I would definitely not recommend them I would recommend staying away from them then you try to call him on the phone you can never get
