Booking process was a bit of a challenge but the service itself can’t be beat. It takes me longer to drive myself. This way I can relax and not worry about my weekly drive. So glad I found this service. I do wish they had a 4 pm bus from Miami instead of 5 pm but all in all it’s a great service.

I have had red coach cancel my buses and then give vouchers instead of refunds. The buses were last min cancellations that caused lot of inconvenience. I absolutely love red coach however if they can be consistently predictable, it would be great. Another area red coach can improve is better restroom facility as many times it doesn’t work !

My bus was canceled and I needed to reschedule, customer service was outstanding, Demetrius, was very professional. My driver was great, professional and caring. Bus was clean and comfortable. Got me to my stop 10 minutes early.

Overall, more comfortable than a greyhound, and the driver was friendly and got to San Antonio before I knew it. I think what would be helpful would be instructions on how to use the foot rest and if you can recline any of the seats. I was very confused on all of that. But those are minor complaints. I was able to put my laptop on my lap and plug-in and do work. Thank you.
The seat was was leather and more cushioned which made my 5 hr bus ride home more comfortable than my previous 5 hr ride on different budget bus ride. The stops were all at clean nice places. It would be nice if they had benches though. Another difference is that Red Coach had water for the bathroom toilet, the competitor did not, and made for a gross bathroom situation on my 1st bus ride. I'll be sticking with Red Coach from now on. The cost was not much more but I had a way better experience comparing the 2. Thank you!

My trip was out from Frisco Sat 930a -330p to San Antonio and return Wed to Frisco 115p -730p. Your chair design is good but only for short people. If you are 5’ 11”+ the headrest part will rub you sore between the shoulder blades. My only other complaint is with the driver change. Going we lost 30 minutes arriving at 405p. Coming back we did better arriving only 10 minutes later than expected. If you could arrange things so the driver change takes place at the starting or finishing point, then two excellent benefits would emerge. First you could easily shave 20 minutes off of arrival times. Second your service would be more attractive. Finally out of the four drivers who I observed only one really performed at a truly professional level. That was Veronica Jackson. She religiously maintained 2 1/2 to 3 second following distance. Her braking was exceptionally smooth because she anticipated traffic conditions and her steering reflected someone who truly understood the techniques necessary for the controlled responses when driving a huge bus to ever changing road and traffic situations. She is friendly, alert, and articulate. A great example of the type of person who your company should be recruiting.

The best part of using Red Coach as a bus service is they are always on time and have clean buses. In my last trip I took with Red Coach at the Orlando bus station we had an a handicap person that needed to board. The staff were very professional and courteous and helped them aboard. Outstanding service and your express stops make it convenient to travel with a schedule that is the most efficient compared to the competition.

The directions for locating the RedCoach at the Ft. Lauderdale airport were terrible. We drove around the airport 4X before pulling over to ask someone for directions. They should add if the bus pick-up is at arrivals or departures. There were no signs as communicated via email.

The waiting room was clean, your attendant was very helpful, the driver was very nice. The trip was uneventful, so that’s good. My only complaint was the stop at FSU was in the middle of nowhere! In front of a parking garage! No facility in sight, for disabled customers or any customer to wait till their ride can pick them up. Very disappointed…

I had such a great experience riding with RedCoach! They will definitely be my go-to bus from now on. I booked the first class from Katy, TX to Austin, TX and it was a very comfortable ride. My Bus driver was awesome! She drove very well, and did a fantastic job getting us there in a safe manner. The only thing I would say they could work on, is in Katy TX, have a solid marked place of where the bus picks up, as I could've missed my bus due to it being inside the gas station instead of out in the parking lot. I was fortunate that I saw another rider heading toward that direction, which led me to the bus. Besides that, excellent service!

seats aren’t confortable. it was good, bit overpriced for a bus ride almost 56$ , ended up going from tampa to ft. lauderdale, would do it if traveling alone, if not it’s probably more worth driving, also bathroom wasn’t working on the bus, so we had to make several stops
The scheduling. A good trip. I was not happy the leg room during my travel, a little bit uncomfortable. I feel that assigned seating does not work. I think that a better way of loading and unloading of passengers should be better. However, my overall trip was good. I have been using RedCoach mode of transportation since 2016 and there have been a lot of changes; seating, courtesy, comfortability and passengers.

The bus is clean, the ride satisfactory, the driver helpful, but the stop at Orlando station to clean the bus takes too long and is a waste of time. At the station, there is no food or vendors,only a few doritos/potato chips and botled water and Coke. It would be nice to have a wider offer. The bus can be cleaned when clients have arrived to their destination, in that way the trip can save approximately one hour !!
