Extremely rude and unprofessional Driver

The driver was unprofessional and rude. This was my 1st time with you guys and that was the last time. The sign at the door says," Doors will open at 5:45pm. We all ligned up at that time but he opened the doors at 6pm. A made an insulting announcement. And while in the bus we weren't allowed to talk neither be on the phone. The driver was disrespectful and didn't not respect the speed limit. We arrived 30mn earlier than the expected arrival time. Never again with the RedCoach, and I will spread the word.

The driver on the Houston-Dallas trip…

The driver on the Houston-Dallas trip was very unpleasant and unprofessional, I tried to ask him questions about the trip and he mistreated me, when he arrived in Dallas, he took out the passengers' suitcases in a sudden way.

Rating: 2 or 3 Stars My recent experience with RedCoach left a lot to be desired, specifically regarding basic passenger comfort. There are two major issues that management needs to address: - No sheltered waiting areas: For both pickup and drop-off, we had to wait right outside on the street in the extreme Texas heat. There is absolutely no cover or designated waiting space. I can’t imagine how miserable this would be in the rain or freezing weather. - Poor onboard facilities: The toilet inside the bus definitely needs improvement and better maintenance. Until these basic infrastructure and cleanliness issues are fixed, it is hard to recommend this service for comfortable travel.

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. They lie to you. They gaslight you if you look up reviews for the RedCoach like across different cities within the state like if it’s Florida if it’s Texas wherever look at the reviews and you will see a lot of two star reviews where they tell you oh they said our bus was coming and the bus broke down. I’ve seen reviews were like people were on the bus and it broke down. They were just on the side of the road. Also the locations or the bus picks you up in or kind of unsafe and sketchy depending on the city that you’re in they used to pick you up outside of like a hotel or coffee shop so you can just safely wait inside and then come out my biggest concern is they really don’t care about the safety of their passengers and they also don’t care about your customer experience. They say they do and that they want to help but then they don’t like no one follows up with you. The manager doesn’t call you. People read your messages and don’t respond. They kept blocking my comments on Instagram they keep they kept reporting my comments as spam when I was like hey you know I reached out and no one responded. They kept like blocking it and saying it was spam so yeah honestly if there was any other option that had the same price point I would take it cause the lane bus is nice. It’s incredible. Their Customerservice is amazing. They pick you up outside of hotel so you can like safely. Wait inside and there’s a reason why hotels like work with them they even like pulled into a hotel‘s parking lot you know at one of their locations and we got on. It’s amazing. It’s just expensive. It’s like about $123 sometimes plus per ticket whereas RedCoach is about $35 I used to take the megabus which had their own bus stop and it was great but then you know they no longer existed where I lived so redcoat was the only option and for a while they did a pretty decent job until their buses started to break down and if you’re a business owner, it would be smart to already have third-party you know services you can use if you need to farm out a bus and just ask them to leave one on hold for you or get an extra bus in case one breaks down so then that one can go but if you only have one bus per trip and then the bus breaks down that’s supposed to go to that trip and you don’t have any buses that can go because they’re all taken. That’s not a smart business model and that’s not good to your customers and they’re so worried about you writing a bad review that they’ll lie to you about stuff which is insane.

The nightmare RedCoach caused was not worth money saved

I planned my trip around the bus schedule and specifically wanting to take the first class option. My bus was cancelled both ways which not only impacted the class of my ticket, but importantly messed up my workday on Thursday and ability to pick up my dog on time on Sunday, which was a fee. I was informed 15 minutes before my departure time Sunday, which meant I got to buy three Ubers, opposed to just paying for 1, so I did not have to stand on the side of the road for an hour and a half. This was a huge disruption and came out to me more expensive than just taking Vonlane, which I normally take.

Red Coach is Great.

Bus was early. Driver was excellent. Reductive instructions, timely loading. No disturbances from passengers. Completely full bus because an earlier bus broke down. An excellent riding experience. Very clean bus. Good air conditioning and not too cold.

The chairs arrangement was bad

The chairs arrangement was bad. I had to sit in a chair it was not mine and the person had to carry his big bag in we hardly had any room to move on a 6hours ride.
