I like that there's a bus stop in Frisco, and the drivers are usually nice. However, the tracking service doesn't always work. Sometimes it doesn't show that the bus is 40 or even an hour late, and sometimes it shows it will be 12 min delayed then suddenly changes to original departure time. If it shows that it will be delayed then it comes earlier, please don't let the bus depart earlier than what it showed because some people come according to the time showed on the tracking service. Also, it would be nice if we stop at a gas station for 10 min at least. Thank you so much. I always use redcoach especially because of the vouchers they give me since I use this bus more than other companies. Thanks aagain for caring about our opinions and appreciating loyal customers!

Red Coach offers an economical and alternative option to travel to nearby locations when you are not able to or don’t want to fly or drive. It takes you directly to your destination without making a lot of stops. However, the pickup and drop off locations tends to be not the best places. They offer no shelter from the weather and no signs are posted to let you know you are at the right spot.

Good experience
Overall, my experience was good. Thank you very much, RedCoach!
I purchased a first-class ticket and they next day was given a load of crap that first class couldn't be honored because they wanted to put more people on the bus. The bus came and left us and was unable to be tracked even though we were there. Those buses do not wait for the scheduled time to leave. They get there early and leave. Red Coach needs to get their act together. They only care about getting lots of people on a bus, not the service. Please strieve to do better as a company! Frustrated passenger.

I have been using redcoach for 2 years now. Ive been satisfied. Recently; The service fee added at checkout time is NEW and I feel it should be included in the advertised fare. Surprise fees at checkout is not an improvement for the experience. Thank you.
I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience with this bus company. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and arrived on time. The driver was professional, and the overall trip was relaxing.
The only minor issues were a slight odor inside the bus and the air conditioning could have been a bit colder, especially during the warmer parts of the trip. Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely ride with this company again and recommend them to others.

The driver
The driver, Ms. Walker was very helpful assisting getting up steps on the bus, She was courteous and really like that she let us know at the start of our trip that restroom was not available, but where we could use restroom at start of trip before departure and also restroom availability at the next stop.

Delayed and few bus schedule
There was very few options (only 1) to go from tampa, fl to gainesville, fl, and then the bus was delayed for 2 hours. But when finally i went on the bus everhthing else was really good.
The bus was clean but there were a few rattles inside- maybe tray tables? The driver was courteous, drove safely and let us know what to expect. With the mixed reviews on red coach I wasn’t sure but I would use them again.
It was a great way to get across the state of Florida or else I would’ve had to take an unbelievably expensive Uber. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
