This is the first time riding a different class (ended up being the only option for me) and it was the worse bus I've been on. The seats have never been cleaned, hair and dirt everywhere. This bus didn't even have outlets. I didn't even want to put my head on the pillow. We were over 40 minutes late
I had a great experience! Both drivers were super punctual and good drivers! Bathrooms were clean, the bus smelled clean and were quick to make sure we made it to our destination on time. I’m definitely taking it again when I go to Austin! Booking process was also super easy!

I really like that the bus was on time and the driver was very nice, however, Red Coach is promoted as a luxury bus, and it didn’t feel like it. It was dirty, the cushions and the inside of the bus felt outdated and overly used, so many scratches and stains. Some chairs didn’t incline so the person next to me and several others didn’t have the comfort of inclining the chairs and were trying to take other people’s chairs because of that.
