The bus was running late so when they got to Orlando instead of giving us a 20 minute break and getting A vending machine snack and to use a real bathroom they herded us off the nice luxury bus and made us grab our luggage and put us on something similar to a raggity school bus. It was not comfortable. The seats were narrow and didn't recline. People of large size Can't possibly use a bus bathroom. Herded like cattle from one bus to the other. I would rather wait and have the comfort of a nice bus and arrive late.
We booked redcoach bus service and it was 2 hours late on arrival and over all it was 2 hours 30 minutes late. Because of this delay, our flight is missed and as a phd student I was going to another city to present my research paper in a conference. It was my first time travel in the redcoach. Due to this delay we had to go through all the travel readjustment complications. The driver was super illmannered and misbehaved with us when we asked him the time of arrival. He just started on an on that you guys have recieved the email and why you are asking etc etc and in the email they did not give any particular reason they just announced that it is 2 hours late. Moreover, he would have just shared the time or give any encouraging answer but his behavior was extremely toxic. So this means the customer sevice of this coach is poor. I will never book Redcoach again and would not recommend anyone to use the service.

My bus to Dallas was delayed on the 18th of August from Austin to Dallas. The timing was inconvenient because of the delay. It was hard changing it to next day and they charged me a lot.

Drivers beyond rude. Treated passengers like absolute dirt. Unbelievable how someone in a service job could be so rude to people. First class service cancelled on both trips then crammed onto a normal coach. Another trip used a third party coach and that driver spent the whole trip on FaceTime call. Lodged a complaint and never heard back. Avoid at all costs and take the Brightline train instead.
This is what went wrong, I paid for a bus ticket and when I got there the bus driver already left. There should be atleast a 10 min wait for anyone else who could be on their way. The location of pick up is downtown and the timing of pick up aligns with traffic time. If I was to get there early I would be waiting in the Hot sun of San Antonio for I don’t know how long because sometime they decide to get there late. Even with me being able to “track how far it is”. Do better .
The last two times I’ve ridden on Red Coach, the seat was comfortable and the driver was very skilled, but fumes generated by the bus (A/C? Exhaust?) made me more and more nauseous as the trip went on. Riding your otherwise comfortable bus just isn’t worth the nausea.
Booking process was easy - however, finding the drop off and pick-up locations are buried in the website. Please make that easier to find. Further, if you want to compete head-to-head with companies like Hampton Jitney and/or Vonlane, at minimum, you need ACTUALLY clean buses (as in not nauseating with air fresheners) and reminders for people to use their "library" voices.

The bus was nothing like what was shown in the photos or how it was presented online. The driver and attendants are excluded from this review, as they were always very cordial and empathetic. The problem lay with the bus service itself, which was terrible. The seats were small, dirty, and bore no resemblance to what was advertised. I truly regret making the purchase based on the expectations set by the website
It seems you only respond to positive reviews..interesting, my daughter had to wait over 2 hours for her bus to arrive, then the driver never apologized for the delay!! Really!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!
