This was my first time riding Red Co…

This was my first time riding Red Coach and needless to say, I was so confused as to where to go when I arrived at the airport. I called the company and Manuel helped me out in a great way because by this time I missed my bus. He was able to get me on another bus to make my destination on the same original date. I would suggest posting Red Coach signs here and there as to help those who don’t know where to go.

Bus tracker was wrong

Bus tracker was wrong! The bus tracker suddenly said my stop was going to be skipped when it was on route and 5 minutes away from my stop. After talking to an agent through the chat, he shared that the stop was not going to be skipped and the bus would pick up passengers as planned. There is some kind of issue with the UI then!!

RedCoach is easier than flying

The RedCoach arrived in Dallas on time and loaded quickly. Interstate 35 is under construction all along the route and there were several traffic blockages; navigated around effectively. Arrival was 30 min later than scheduled. Only problem was San Antonio Bus Stop location did not specify "East" Commerce; pickup ride went to West Commerce.

The bus was on time

The bus was on time, the ride was comfortable and the driver was courteous. The only feedback was regarding the pick up location in Downtown Dallas. It was a Sunday afternoon so the city hall and convention center were closed. There were no cafes or other places nearby to talk shelter from the extreme heat

Excellent service

Excellent service. One suggestion: you should provide a receipt for luggage delivery. Twice now on previous trips, someone has reported lost luggage because someone took it at the previous airport. Thank you. Muy buen servicio. Una recomendación: debieran entregar un comprobante para la entrega de la maleta. Ya van dos veces en viajes anteriores que alguien reclama un equipaje perdido, porque alguien se lo llevó en el aeropuerto anterior. Gracias
