On top of that the bus did not have a properly functioning A/C as I experienced heat the entire 5 hour ride. I understand the Florida heat but that’s ridiculous to pay for a ride and have to sit in heat the entire trip.
The driver is great, friendly, helpful, clear, and supportive. The seat was spacious and I felt safe. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that it was dirty.

Arrived 15 minutes before departure in Miami International Airport knocked on the door. I ensure that I was at the right location and was ignored for exactly 14 minutes by the driver and the other driver that was inside the bus with the door locked. There were other passengers they were waiting outside in question of where they should be as well. And also we’re ignored when the driver finally opened the door for us to enter. He stated that he needed a break and that he answered the door for everyone who asked a question then he would never get a break. That said driver only drove to Fort Lauderdale location and then was let off for the day. Seems weird that a driver would receiving a break prior to him clocking out for the day less than an hour prior. Bathrooms were clean and smelly otherwise the ride was pretty smooth and arrived early.

What made my experience great was the ease of just sitting back & relaxing & being at my destination in no time. I have taken the Redcoach twice now. There is only one bus driver whom I’ve ridden with twice now. He introduces himself, he is very thorough, he makes sure you are on the correct bus, he answers any questions you may have. My only take away with Redcoach is waiting outside in the heat for the bus to arrive. It would be nice if they partnered with a local business so those could wait inside especially in inclement weather. Also making sure the bathrooms & seat pockets have been thoroughly cleaned would be great as well. Other than that I love my experience of traveling this way.

The actual journey itself was lovely but the new stop location in Gainesville Fl sucks. There is no signage and it was hard to find, it was in a great place before it was changed.

The bathroom was dirty on both legs of the trip. On the second leg there was trash in the cup holder. Also it would be nice to have stops where riders can wait inside of air conditioned spaces. It’s triple degrees outside and it was very hot standing outside

First time on the RedCoach after dropping my daughter off at FSU. The drive back home to west palm beach was amazing I had a great experience. I will definitely be back.

I liked the seats were reasonably comfortable. Liked it was on schedule. Things I wished were better 1. No rickety annoying noise from overhead bin doors. 2. Better climate control 3. Have a rest stop on the way. The onboard toilet is not good. 4. Wish the driver was more welcoming- he did his job of driving well though.

The trip from Dallas to Houston was bad. I paid for first class and I received bussiness class. Also, the schedule was different.
I like the driver. The seats are too close together. More legroom please. The new pickup location in Houston (Jefferson) is terrible. Go back to Main and Polk please.
