I’m 69 and the driver was so helpful getting my large piece of luggage in and taking the time to allow me to board the bus…. I got dropped off a long way from the bus boarding during 100+ temperatures and he was so helpful making sure my luggage and I got aboard.

REDCOACH USED A CHARTER FROM ORLANDO TO TALLAHASSEE AND THAT BUS WAS SHAKING AND RATTLING THE WHOLE WAY UNTIL IT BROKE DOWN 1 HOUR FROM TALLAHASSEE. DRIVER DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH BUT WAS NICE...FIRST LEG OF TRIP WAS OK FROM FORT LAUDERDALE TO ORLANDO...RETURN TRIP WAS GREAT VERY GOOD DRIVER AND BUS...
Bus with good accomodation to ride inside Florida's towns and the most important is the sharp time to start the trip.

It is very tight for space on those economy coaches when traveling 5 hours. I feel badly for the people going FSU to Miami. I really wish that you would make the 8:30 FSU-ORL route business class again.
Bus was late and the station was very hot, also tried getting a drink from the vending machine and since one of the numbers wasn’t working the drink I wanted wouldn’t come out.
Driver was nice, nice bus, we just had problem ro fond out where the departure was at the Tampa airport, you should show your logo/colors ,red. It was not easy to find out

They canceled my trip from Orlando to Miami on August 21, so I had to make other trip arrangements and take the train instead, and on my way back to Orlando on Monday, August 24, it turned out that they canceled my trip as well and never sent me an email. I had to call Customer Service and book another trip three hours later and wait at Miami Airport for 3 hours. I used to travel a lot with Red Coach but I am going to look for other alternatives as their service is declining horribly.
I already spoke to your customer service and they have given me a case for a refund. It was not what I paid for. I had purchased a round trip and there was a major delay at pickup. There was no notice of this delay nor that it would be a different bus. It was a white old broken bus-with unreclinable seats so I couldnt sleep on a trip i needed to sleep on, my carryon wasnt even able to be placed on the top compartment with the broken doors, and the bathroom was horrible. I asked the supportif this was the right bus and what was my eta for my arrival to houston. they said 7:10 1 hour before arrival. I had to now rush to reschedule my pickup. I try to fall asleep and wake up to being in katy at 7:10. I have to rearrange my pickup again! I could not sleep! I could not trust this company! This was not what I paid for. This was not a luxury bus nor a reliable and safe-feeling bus. It was not on time and cost me money, time, and sleep for my health conditions. I need updates from my refund request and Nino from online support has not answered my message since 7:30pm yesterday.
