The bus was clean, relatively on time. The driver was courteous and is a very skillful driver. It was a pleasant tripforme and my grandson Trenton. The seats are comfortable and there was enough room for my long legs

Our bus driver kept on honking at the other cars on the road and was bullying others off the lane that we were on, she also would be cussing under her breath and was overall unprofessional. This really did downgrade our experience.
The driver was professional and a great driver. I took this ride as a last resort because I couldn’t find a flight or Brightline schedule to get me to Fort Lauderdale airport in time to fly out to the Bahamas. I was pleasantly surprised. He got us there safely and on time!! And I will be using whenever I need to get to Fort Lauderdale. And the price was a steal.

So, my bus arrived late because of traffic. When the driver arrived an individual refused to move out of the bus lane for at least 10 minutes. Arriving late and dealing with someone who refused to move their vehicle would have rattled anyone. However, the driver was still kind and courteous to all passengers. No attitude at all! She was amazing! She also gave us updates on timing. What a gal!

First experience on the redcoach bus. Definitely not my last. Our driver was excellent. The trip went smoothly. The seats are comfortable with charger ports on each seat.

The driver was very personable, and I felt she drove safely, too. She also laid out the rules politely for respecting a quiet environment for all on the trip. When people violated those rules, she was fairly quick to remind the person of the rules. So, she had polite control of the bus.

HORRIBLE. One hour late. No hub, so I stood in 98° weather for over an hour. My chair was broken and would recline all the way back to the seat behind me. Bus driver told me to find another seat. Every time someone boarded the bus, I had to change seats to somewhere else. I paid for business class. I sat in four different seats and none of the electrical outlets worked. The bathroom was disgusting and did not even have a sink. Never again.
My trip overall was good. I love the bus. The seats were comfortable. We have power to charge our phones. The Wi-Fi was on point so I give it a four out of five thank you so much. I

Over all service was kinda meh for being a " first class travel experience" . Bus leaving out had issues with a " no ETA " end up being 2 hrs late so just kinda sat in the heat twiddling my thumbs with the other waiting on the bus. Returning bus was on time ,however the a/c didn't seem to work all that great and the emergency exit window was rather loose and shook the entire trip. I will be looking into other services to see if the experience is better

The bus showed its age. Poorly insulated so it’s quite noisy
The bus was clean, the driver was polite going. It was however late. My return leg was late and even though I tried to contact customer service I’m yet to receive a response.
