I liked the professionalism of your drivers. The seats were not as comfortable as I expected. I expected a drop down tray table or some desktop seating configurations for conducting business.

There was a very strong smell of almost like TIDE or air freshner. It was so heavy that made me nauseous. You should really eliminate this type of products because some people could be sensitive or allergic to thus type of chemical products. Other than that it's great.

Paid for a first class bus but it was canceled and we got downgraded to a later business class bus with much less leg room and no price adjustment to the cheaper fare.
Definitely enjoyed my ride to Austin from Houston. Everything was smooth! The driver was nice and the bus was super clean with WiFi and comfortable. I love the added safety features of being able to track the bus. Lastly, I wish they had outlets for charging but other than that it was great!

Bus was extremely late in getting to Naples and then delayed further when the driver had to fuel bus. Over 40 minutes late to Fort Lauderdale Airport and it made getting to our departing flight very tight. The seat armrest was broken. Not a good experience for our first ride on Red Coach.
Bus was late. No communication. No one to speak to in case of emergency which is very important specially most passengers are students! Poor customer service!
First class was a great deal. Roomy seat and comfy. Temp in the cabin was too cold for sitting still for 5 hours.
