The night before my trip, Red Coach downgraded the bus/experience from First Class to Economy. However, they didn’t simultaneously issue a refund for the price difference. The driver was awesome, and the bus was clean - but it wasn’t what I paid for.

The website kept closing when I was trying to make a purchase same with the App, had to try like 5 different times because anytime I went to input the passenger name it would kick me out of my account. Finally when I made the purchase and went to board the bus, the driver was about to leave before the actual leaving time. They even had to get out 3 more times for other passengers that were arriving to let them in. It wouldn't surprise me if someone got left behind even if they were there on time. The ride overall was good, but the purchase/boarding experience was not.

Staff at terminal were great air webt out on building and they busted there butt to get everyone cool ASAP! Also very nice drivers! Will definitely use this service again!

Safe, Polite and professional driver. The bus itself left a lot to be desired in maintenance and cleanliness. Appeared pretty beaten up. I regretted paying for First Class and luggage fee. Neither were necessary as additional fees. I wondered around trying to find the bus stop in the hot sun.

First, the bus was late. Then, after the departure time was updated, the bus actually left before the newly scheduled departure time. Because the bus was running late, I went into a nearby store to use the restroom. School was starting, so the store was busy, but I wasn’t concerned because I still had plenty of time before the updated departure time. When I came back, the bus had already left. I tried using the customer service chat to ask a simple question, but the response time was extremely slow and wasn’t helpful when I needed immediate assistance. Then my return trip was cancelled. This is now the second time I’ve booked a return trip and the second time it has been cancelled — two bookings, two cancellations. I also contacted customer service through WhatsApp, as suggested, and received no response. I understand that delays and occasional cancellations happen. What’s frustrating is the combination of a late bus, a bus leaving before its updated departure time, extremely slow customer service, no response through WhatsApp, and a 100% cancellation rate on the two return trips I’ve booked. At this point, the service simply hasn’t been reliable enough for me to depend on
