Love the bus. However, my footrest did not work- I tried my whole journey to get it to function but couldn’t.
Also, someone was in my seat when I boarded and when I asked for clarification to be sure I was in 1D the person offered to move ME to a different seat across the isle. The bus driver was standing there and didn’t say much to correct the situation so I volunteered to move to the back where there were two empty seats. I was fine but it was surprising since we choose our seats ahead of time.
Great trip and driver was friendly.
I liked the service, clean buses. Nevertheless, it was a little confusing to find the pick up point in downtown San Antonio because there was not one sign of Red Coach .
Your driver was completely out of line. Spoke disrespectfully to most passengers, was late, erratic behavior. How can you hire someone so disturbed to represent your company. Especially first class. I will never use this company again.

First and last time I’ll use RedCoach!!!
I used redcoach for a trip between Austin and Dallas, first and last time.
I bought a first class ticket for my trip and my bus got canceled 10min before my departing time by a text message without any explanation, downgraded my ticket to an economy ticket for an other bus 1h15min later!
Nobody reached out to offer a refund for the downgraded or help to reschedule.
Very bad customer service!!!
The stops need to be more clearly labeled, and set in more well patrolled and well lit areas. The booking info also mentions a bus station but there is no station. The Dallas location didn’t even have a sign. My ticket class (First to Business) was also changed last minute without accommodation or notice. The air conditioner was leaking liquid on me.
The ride was great in every aspect. The driver was nice, ride was smooth, on time and bus was clean. The bus bathroom was out of service (stuff happens), but we had a stop on the route and got to take a restroom break so all in all great experience .

The driver was polite and assisted me when needed. The bus ride itself was not very good due to a lot of road noise and rattling from windows and whatever else is loose. Perhaps the bus or busses need maintenance in that regard.

Some of your drivers act like they are hauling toilet paper...
Unfortunately, a few of your drivers are harsh, impolite, angry and insensitive. At the Tallahassee hotel first pick up on 7/30 6.30pm the driver left us out in the pouring rain while he sat in the bus with the doors closed... Others and I were drenched and then wet in a cold bus for hours for the trip to MIA ...He could have just let us in out of the rain...OMG The second driver at 11.45pm was good.
The accuracy of the time and the drivers are so good,helpful and professional in their work. The bus is very comfortable and you can stay as at home .That was my first time but it will be all the time since I had a good experience with you.

I got to the bus stop 2 minutes before departure time and your partner bus was driving off we tried to stop the bus but the driver kept going. I had to book the bus immediately for $103.00 and that bust was behind time and got to my destination extremely late. A refund for the latter trip could make it right. Thanks in advance
Every ticket that is advertised says the bus will have full amenities. Like outlets, but it is always a gamble whether or not they actually have them. The ride is just took had no outlets.
