Causing too much of inconvenience to try to get the free Lenses. Submitted the requirements but was rejected.Was told need to follow paper written optician prescriptions as download copy cannot by use from the apps. Disappointed.
Always out of stock
The customer service was good and all the representatives did well. What I was disappointed with is the fact that the warehouse was always out of stock for the designs I wanted. I think between my original order and the final item coming back to me with the exchange in between, it took almost 2 months. I wished this process could have been less delayed at the warehouse side of things. Also, there was one incident when they said the item was available and I waited and was then told it was no longer available and i had to re order a different color way. I wished the logistics system was just better updated with what was actually available and not.

Purchased a Ray-Ban and received within a week in Singapore from Hong Kong. Status update on shipping had been prompt. Eventually had to returned and received refund after they have received it. The only downside is that return shipping has to be paid by ourselves which may be problematic if you are staying in a country far from Hong Kong. Other than that, response from the customer service staff Katherine & Jonathan has been prompt. They would usually respond within the day, or latest by the next day.

Delivery was swift. Bought 2 items. One was shipped almost immediately. The other item took a longer time to process due to some reason. However throughout the time waiting, status update emails were constantly received. Which is reassuring.

It's quite an ok service for purchase of glasses. For a buyer from sg you would need a prescription beforehand which may not convenient for some. But overall an ok experience.
