It is possible that by the time you contacted our team the shipment had already been locked in their system, which can unfortunately prevent us from making additional adjustments. Hi Chelsea, We sincerely apologize for the delay in delivering your order. Typically, our New York manufacturing facility completes orders within 12 business days.However, a recent severe storm in the East-Coast forced a six-day closure, resulting in significant delays. New York was shut down for a while.  We reopened last week and are currently working through the backlog. Your order is scheduled to ship on Tuesday, February 10th. To compensate for the inconvenience, we will ship it via overnight delivery and include a complimentary gift pendant. We truly appreciate your patience and apologize again for the delay.
