My two chihuahuas were tired of Farmers Dog. They would go up to two full days without eating! Both of them have eaten it for about 4 years. I had to try something different. I saw a chance to try Happy Howl and their bowls are wiped clean in no time. I also like that it does not need to be frozen or refrigerated prior to opening the box. Very happy with your food.

Always great communication on shipping and order status which helps in planning on when next batch is needed! Recently switched to auto ship because I can’t imagine not having this for my dogs in their future or running out. My picky eater is no longer picky and all of my dogs have lost weight, are healthier and have more energy!

I have two Golden Retrievers that I thought I would try this food for. It's not frozen, great throw away containers and easy to travel with. I ordered the sample pack, beef, lamb and turkey. Working on transitioning my pups and they appeared to do okay with it. Therefore I thought I would order a large double order because I had a 40 percent off coupon. I ordered it and started feeding it to my pups, continuing the transition. My older dog could not tolerate the food. He constantly gets the runs. My younger dog will not eat it. He doesn't like the texture, taste or both. I asked the company several times if I could return it because I cannot use it. Keep in mind it is sealed and good until 2027. They apparently have a policy that if you purchase with a coupon that they will not accept returns. What a joke! Or, a scam. Anyone would look for a coupon to purchase this with, its expensive. I cannot believe this company. They recently contacted me and wanted the original shipping label etc. I of course don't have that as I put the food in a cabinet. I am so upset and will not refer this company to anyone and will leave reviews wherever I am prompted. Please, don't purchase this for your fur babies. A 3 pack sample is not enough time to see how your dog will respond to the food.

True: Their CX Director and CoS/Wife to the CEO did send me a message.
False: They did NOT send a replacement, nor did they apply a discount. We have reached no resolution.
Why? Because they made both of those things conditional upon me agreeing to take down my negative reviews.
Further, they already deleted my review from their website. This is precisely why Trust Pilot exists.
Additionally, they still have not addressed why the “congealed fat” does not break down when cooked, and the CX Director claimed they weren’t recently bought out by MARS, which is strange given how public the announcement was of their having received the funds.
I’m pretty taken aback by how far south this has all continued to spiral.

The experience is night and day from when we first ordered at the beginning of the year. Fresh, affordable, nutrient dense food and attentive customer support for any issues with delay or packaging.
Now? The complete opposite, a total 180 on product and support. I receive boxes full of “congealed fat” that doesn’t break down even when heated. Customer “support” the better part of a week to respond to emails, they never answer or respond to calls and their only suggestion is for me to send ALL of the product back and only then will they send me replacements.
It’s been a nightmare that I hope you can avoid.

Griffin loves his wet dogfood. We give him 1/2 once a day. We can’t afford to give more to him. It seems to be working out fine.

I was going to cancel the subscription but our dog, Starsky, really likes the food. He has been regularly eating it and seems to like the variety of choices. Since he is allergic to chicken, I had been cooking his food. Happy Howl makes that much easier.
Oh, by the way, the cats like the food too. Interesting.
