The Amazonite necklace I ordered for my daughter's birthday is beautiful... she LOVES it! The aqua blue beads are lovely, and the silver beads balance the necklace perfectly and tie it in with her other jewelry. This was a real "find"! I cannot think of a better customer service experience with another company than Theo Grace. It is important to note that personal responses were received from at least 4 different customer service representatives, not an automated attendant, a human. From the beginning, TG monitored my order to assure the engraving was perfect. All inquiries regarding my order were responded to promptly and completely. I would recommend Theo Grace, something I rarely offer. I should also mention that the bracelet was perfect and looked exactly as advertised. The magnetic latch functions well and is secure.

Waiting for my necklace was like waiting for Christmas morning!! I was so excited when I received my necklace two days sooner than expected. Absolutely in love with it.
