I’m beyond satisfied with the entire experience and purchase. This was a gift for my daughter’s birthday and received my order with more than enough time with expedited shipping. Earrings are a classy size and was able to have them personalized with her first and middle name. The personalized gift box, message card and gift bag added an extra special touch. After placing my order I received a wonderful thank you discount and immediately ordered something for myself. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family!
0 stars if I could pick. My husband orders me a necklace from here as a present 18k gold plated. I didn't like it so it was just sitting in the box. Anyhow I was going to wear it like 2 months after and the gold is already tarnished horribly almost the whole thing. They will not issue us a refund and just give is store credit or exchange. Why would I want anything that is horribly made!!!! This company sucks. Just give me my money back you can't provide a good product. They reached out to my husband to delete this post. Why should I if I'm not getting my money back!!! Nobody wants low grade fake cosmetic jewelry disguised as high end.

I love my beaded link necklace with my grandchildrens names on the silver beads. Its beautiful and when our granddaughter arrives in September ill add her bead too. I bought 18-20 inch and its a perfect length. The reason I gave 4 ⭐️ and not 5, was because I had no idea the product origin was Hungary, and was shipped thru the Netherlands. Its not where, its how long it took to get my order. Over 3 weeks delivery was not expected. I would have liked to have known. Good thing it wasnt a gift with a needed date. So be sure to leave enough lead time!!
