I ordered a customized bracelet and received blank charms. When I reached out to customer service, they said my order did not show the names I had written on the order form. So they advise which return the bracelet with a 30% charge and re-order. I don’t trust that they will get it right a second time and I’m very frustrated that it says 100% satisfaction guaranteed that yet they will charge you to return an item that is blank not customized very very poor customer service would not recommend.

My expectations were sketchy, as I wasn't sure about how the quality of the necklace would look. Sometimes when you see things on line and then it arrives there is some disaapointment ... I've had it happen. When the delivery arrived, and I saw the packaging (by the way very secure), I got so excited. I couldn't wait to open it. The elegant box touched me and when I opened to see my item. I was so happy. Seeing my name and that of my daughter, son , and granddaughter (my little family) was exciting. I put it on right and sported it to the grocery store (yeah, work goes on). I wore a top that would expose my neck (laugh) and the comments came pouring in. My only wish is that the necklace (not the circles) had a little more weight, not much. It's a 10/10 in my book. I plan to purchase more items and invite friends to join me. Oh, also the delivery time was great. Delivery service was substantial. We have parcel lock boxes (very visible with instructions) in my high-rise building, and my package was left on the floor.

I’d bought a bracelet for a friend’s 60th two years ago. Recently she asked me if I could organise another link to be engraved as she has a new grandchild. I was fairly sure that I’d paid for this as part of the gift but could find no email etc. Anyway, I contacted Theograce (not even sure if they were the company I’d originally bought from) and they tracked downed my original order and verified that had had future engravings. All up I had three Q and A back and forth to the company and each time they were prompt and helpful. I’d highly recommend dealing with them, especially their customer service.
The first time I placed an order for the custom ring, it came with dark stains all over gold metal. The second order for the heritage custom necklace came with an empty box and nothing inside it. I have never had it happen to me before. This company is a scam!!!

I was apprehensive about ordering, but my fears disappeared after receiving my anklet. I love it! Great price, great product, and it arrived ahead of schedule.
I ordered jewellery as a gift with express delivery guaranteed by Friday 31/07/26. Today is Saturday, and the parcel has still not been delivered. I have contacted TheGrace by email because they do not provide a phone number, but I have received no response at all. I do not recommend them and will never use them again. I am very disappointed.

The silver bracelet/ anklet with my initial pendant, is beautiful!! It is light in weight, and is even more lovely than the picture shows! It came packaged securely and even contained a jewelry cloth. I would definitely recommend this bracelet/ anklet!
