We have purchased four pieces of your beautiful jewelry, and we absolutely love them! My husband has a leather bracelet with all of our grandchildren’s names on it, and he also surprised me with a necklace featuring the names of our nine grandchildren. We now have a 10th grandchild on the way!

Ive done 3 orders. 1st one was for my boyfriend which him and I were very happy with how it came out, 2nd I made an order but had to cancel because I messed up and misspelled one of the names (cancelation was soooo easy!) gave me options as my refund and I chose in-store credit because I immediately re ordered. Its customized so yeah it takes a little longer for it to ship (3-5 days) , but that is to be expected. Absolutely beautiful jewelry! Definitely excited to use my points during the holidays for Christmas presents !

This is an update of a previous review. Back in May 2026, I ordered a ‘Paris’ gold plated necklace as a gift. At checkout I was given options of chain length along with photographs of how each length would fall on the neck and chest. There was also a notation of the most popular length which was 18-20”. On paper the most popular length looked like the perfect fit so I ordered it. Delivery was within a week and what more could I ask for? The necklace was beautiful but the length was crazy. 18”-20” fell much longer than shown in photo. I immediately emailed customer care and for days we went back and forth. I explained their written return policy to them because they seemed not to know what that policy was and all I got back was 4 emails saying “no exchange”, the final one suggesting that I buy a warranty policy for $16.46 USD, then and only then, would they consider adjusting the size for no fee. Unfortunately, it was not until I wrote a review on Trustpilot that I was taken seriously and the problem resolved.
I love the merchandise because it is truly a beautiful piece of (costume) jewelry, (I secretly wish that I had purchased the gold or silver because it’s so pretty). My only question is, “Why did they put me through countless emails and stress, when all they had to do was honor their own refund policy and either refund or replace the necklace?
That said, I love the piece and would reorder from Theo Grace in a heartbeat.
The design, delivery and sneak peak were amazing. I received my custom name necklace and it’s beautiful. I will cherish it forever. I look forward to ordering more pieces. Thank you!
I have nothing but great things to say about my treatment. My 1st item did not arrive. Necklace was missing from torn and retaped package. Customer Service did not hesitate in getting back to me and made every effort to accommodate me. They resent new necklace and I absolutely LOVE it!! Extremely disappointed with my first experience with this brand.
I paid EXTRA for express shipping, and my order was supposed to arrive on the 3rd, but it didn’t arrive until the 7th. What exactly did I pay for express shipping for? I also had issues with the tracking/shipping number, and trying to get help was incredibly frustrating because the communication and customer service were so poor.
Then I finally opened the box, only to discover that the bracelet IS ALREADY RUSTING!ALL OF IT!!! I was honestly so embarrassed when my boyfriend pointed it out. A brand-new bracelet should absolutely not arrive in this condition.
To make matters worse, the bracelet is way too big, and there doesn’t appear to be any option on the website to choose or adjust the sizing.
This was my FIRST time purchasing from this brand, and my expectations were absolutely not met. Between paying for express shipping and still receiving my order late, the tracking issues, terrible communication, incorrect sizing, and a bracelet that is already RUSTING, this entire experience has been a complete mess.
I want a FULL REFUND, including the express shipping fee. I did not pay extra for express delivery just to receive a late, defective product.

Personalised bracelet bought for my husband‘s 60th in September. The item has been replaced three times and still falls apart. I am requesting a full refund as per consumer rights 2015 yet they still refuse to refund me. The email as standard reply each time and are clearly not reading my emails properly! Don’t touch this company with a barge pole.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I thought that I would quickly say that Theo Grace definitely stands out because of its excellent customer service….super responsive, detail oriented, solution-forward…all things you want when ordering or replacing a special piece of jewelry. They stand out not only in their space, but overall. Highly recommend.
I have been going back and forth with Theo Grace since December. Multiple mistakes. Poor quality. Refusal for refunds. NO CONTACT NUMBER! Theo Grace feels like a SCAM. They saw my trustpilot review and sent me this reply..."Regarding the Balance Charm Necklace with Diamond Bead in Silver, I’d like to clarify that this piece is not crafted from sterling silver. The material details provided on the product page under the “Description” and “Product Details” sections do not specify sterling silver. The necklace is made with a silver coating over a brass base."
What?!? It's advertised as "Silver" but it isn't really silver. It's cheap silver plating over brass. I don't want cheap jewelry. Feels like false advertising to me. Also they offered me a $30 credit to buy even more. I do NOT want anything at all ever! I didn't even want what I was forced to order since Theo Grace refuses refunds!
Give me a break. I cannot believe Nicky Hilton would put her name on junk jewelry. SO embarrassing!
