I have been a customer of Thrive Themes for over 10 years. There are 2 main reasons for that. One is that their products are top-notch and constantly being upgraded, and the second is their outstanding customer service. Recently, I had a service issue simply because I just didn't know what to do at the time, and they gave me specific directions for how to solve the issue. They constantly got back to me to make sure my issue was solved. Best service ever.

I've always had amazing support from Thrive Themes. This latest request was done outside of posted service hours, on the weekend. I was not expecting a reply until sometime Monday but received a reply on the weekend and the issue is being resolved. Going on 12 years with Thrive Themes and like I said I've always had amazing support. Highly highly recommend Thrive Themes. The product is amazing, if you use WordPress consider Thrive Themes.

Happy to work with ThriveThemes for editing wordpress. But the reason I'm writing this today is because I had a fantastic customer support experience. I had a bit of a billing hiccup and they responded within a short time and helped me sort it very kindly and accurately. With tech stuff, the support is so important, and it wasn't just a chat bot but a very capable lady helping me. Well done!

The team were keen to deal with the situation as soon as it was presented to them and allay any fears I had. It is so refreshing to have an empathetic and understanding human intervention in this type of situation, instead of dealing with bots who do nothing but exacerbate the problem. The team at Thrive Themes went to the furthest reaches of customer support I've ever experienced in helping me address an issue that was actually all my fault! They showed a level of human care and empathy in an online world so full of big companies forgetting the sacred link with the most important people in the room: their customers. I continue to whole-heartedly recommend this brand to all new online entrepreneurs I meet. It's clear the company culture is one of support and human-centred service at it's core.

I bought 2019 the Thrive Architect Plugin with a onetime payment and was very happy with it. Beginnning of 2026 the Plugin blocked all my pages which i created with this plugin. They force customers now to buy a yearly plan for 99 $, despite that i use it just sometimes and i dont need new features. Conclusion: They just search a way to press the money out of people.
