I've submitted a support ticket request LATE Sunday night12-28-2025around 21:00 edt and they responded shortly thereafter to my surprise. About an hour later my problem was resolved. Also, I have also been a subscriber since 2017 and going strong!!!!! 💪
I've been using Thrive Architect and occasionally Thrive Theme Builder since 2017. I have a lifetime Thrive Architect licence, and it's definitely my go-to page builder. Each time I had an issue or needed assistance, Thrive Themes' support was quick to respond and resolved the problems in 100% of cases. Great responsive and effective tech support / customer service
With Thrive support I love a couple of things: 1) They try to always get you the same supporter, which is amazing. 2) The people working there are absolute experts and helping every time. The only times where they could not help me was when the problems came from another software inside of wordpress and not from hive products but 3) They sometimes even help when the issue is not Thrive related. 4) As a business owner my most valuable asset is time and they help you 2-3 times the same day. Their speed is quite amazing. 5) And lastly you always tell (or sometime even show you with a screen capture) how they came to their solution so you can do it yourself the next time. Absolutely the best support I know!

Owning, a software company isn't easy. Many people have troubleshooting issues. This could obviously lead to burnout. As you know, customer service makes or breaks success. They responded in a very timely fashion and did not waste my time with silly canned responses. That is exactly what anyone would expect from a genuine software company who truly cares about their clients. They also have amazing website software. If you are not using it , you are doing it wrong.
