I appreciate the wide selection of wigs and the very generous return policy. Unfortunately, I am no longer allowed to order any more wigs as I have been terrible at determining before how the many wigs I have ordered will look on me. I don't blame Wigs.com for restricting me. I always recommend Wigs.com to my wig wearing friends as it's a wonderful company.

Terrible Experience Stay Away! I had a very disappointing experience with YWigs. They accepted my return request, provided me with a return address in China, and I returned the products at my own expense exactly as instructed. After I shipped the package, I provided the tracking number, and YWigs even confirmed that they would issue my refund once the package arrived. However, I never received my refund. Instead, I spent weeks trying to resolve the issue with customer service, DHL, and my bank. The return process turned into a nightmare. In the end, I lost my products, paid expensive international return shipping, and still didn't receive my money back. The customer service made many promises but failed to resolve the situation. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend this company. Think twice before ordering, especially if you ever need to return an item. I scheduled a virtual consultation with Antonia. I must say she was great. She did lead me in the right direction in choosing Hollie by Jon Renau. I absolutely thought this was one of the most beautiful realistic looking wigs I have come across. Also, it was impeccably packaged. I wanted so much to keep her but she just wasn't right for my elderly face, and I think it was because of the length. It seemed a little too long for me so I returned her. Also I was unsure if the petite cap I ordered was slightly on the small side for me as it felt slightly snug. My measurements are 20.5 circumference, 12 front to back and 10 1/2 ear to ear, so petite measurements, and Antonia had advised me to go with the average in this Jon Renau Hollie but I had experience with two other wigs in average that I purchased at a local shop and needed to have the shop sew them in at an additional cost. Since online wig purchasing was new to me, when Hollie arrived I was afraid to do anything but put her on my head without disturbing anything about her. It is possible I could have made her work if I'd have kept her. Wigs.com is so good to work with. Customer service if wonderful. I am about to order a different wig in the next couple days. I know I'll hit on the right one with all the help Wigs.com offers. Thanks Wig.com.
