Returned my first order with no issues. The wig was nice but wrong color for me. Ordered a topper in a different color instead. Shipping was fast and refund on return was timely. Recommend

I have ordered this wig before and it was perfect. The one I recently received had 2 major problems. The highlights in the front were bright white, unlike previous subtle shades. The bangs stuck straight out from the forehead and could not lay flat. I don't think product would have ever made those bangs hang right. It appeared they were attached incorrectly to the lace front. Very disappointing and , while I would like another of the E. Willie, "Chat" wigs, I am concerned it would be the same problem.
