While I found the payment window a bit lengthy -- I had to request an update when the 9-12 busoness days had passed -- all in all it was a very positive experience. The process was smooth the entire way -- from mailing my jewelry onward -- and customer service was A-1, communication from Abbey and Rachel always prompt and attentive. Most importantly I received a fair price for my item -- not what I wanted, but in tune with the market trends (including appraisals I had outside of Worthy). I would definitely use Worthy again!

In my opinion, Worthy is a very professional and trustworthy company. From the first interaction over the phone with a representative until money depositing on my account, all handled consistently. I could probably sell my Cartier gold watch for a higher bid, if i had time, but I accept the price, which was higher than I was offered before, from other companies. I would recommend Worthy.

The whole process is easy. I believe the pricing is on the low side, but when you want to move a piece of jewelry this eases your hunt for potential buyers, time, etc.
The employees, whether through email, or phone were very accessible. The pay terms are lengthy. Each of my pieces took 14 days, then 2 days until deposit. Once again, saved me time and effort. I appreciate the process and how simple things were.

The quick response to my initial inquiry to sell an inherited brown diamond cocktail ring gave me confidence to continue exploring the sale of the ring with Worthy. The suggested bid price was a lot lower than the estate valuation, I appreciate Worthy took the time to take the ring apart and show me detailed images of a flaw in the major stone, causing the lowered value. I had the ring auctioned, after I raised Worthy's bid price and got close to my bid price. They extended the bid another day as the bids increased.
