Everyone that I spoke with or corresponded with was extremely professional and nice, and I was impressed with that. However, I was very disappointed when worthy made an offer to me on a ring that was not going to go to auction and the offer didn’t even cover the cost of the gold at spot price. That part I thought was almost insulting and also took a long time to get my payout.

Very clear website. Everything was very well explained. Was nice I got an insurance certificate when we mailed the ring off. Also great that we got texts at every step along the way explaining what was happening. Auction was simple and we ended up getting more than we expected. Payout very easy to our bank account. Awful- Do not use this company
Awful- Do not use this company. Their communication is non-existent once they get your jewelry. They posted a picture that looks as though my piece is missing a diamond, which it was not when I sent it, and I cannot get ahold of anyone. Their assessment of the jewelry also does not match the paperwork that I have from original purchase (weight/size). They really know how to make a difficult situation even more difficult. Don't waste your time. Go to an actual, reputable jeweler.
