Twice right before fishing my test , your session end and did not allowed me to get back to finish my test. I paid the full enrollment and did not get even to finish my test trying to reach out to Customer Service many times I did not get any result was not happy at all.
You charge nearly $450 for a 40-hour course that was nothing but an AI voice reading the EM 385-1-1 Manual. The few photos that were in the slides for the most part, had nothing to do with the subject of the slide. I've had the course before, and it still took almost 60 hours to get through the 40-hour course.
The lessons were very thorough, however the last few were more orientated for larger restaurants vs what we have, which is a small kitchen attached to our bar. It would seem like it would be less time involved for us and make those that needed to learn the additional lessons take those intended for corporations. Also some of the questions were not covered in the lessons and you had to make an educational guess. Also, if you didn't remember the security questions, it used up one of your chances of completing the exam which seemed unfair.
TIPS alcohol training is no longer accepted in Colorado. I purchased the training and took the course only to be advised by my employer that they couldn't accept it. When I look on your site, there is only 1 tiny phrases indicating this fact. It should be VERY clear to coloradans so they don't waste valuable money and time.
Long wait time for proctor and kicked me off multiple times
I have been sitting at my computer for over 5 hours trying to complete the Food Manger's Certification Exam and I am yet to complete it because of the following reasons:
1. The wait time for a proctor is extremely long.
2. The first proctor who picked up force ended the exam and I don't know why because it was not communicated to me.
3. The second attempt the proctor picked up, we went through the entire verification process, scanning my work area and all, then as I was about to start my exam it asked me to share my screen and kicked me out. Mind you, I was already sharing my entire screen.
4. Waited again to get another proctor for over an hour. As soon as my id and headshot were photographed, the system again booted me off.
5. This is my 4th attempt and I am very frustrated because I am once more waiting on a proctor to pick up which takes forever.
