For reference only.The interface is confusing, when transitioning to a 'corporate' plan there was no credit or merging of individual licenses vs the bundled packages, many of the certifications are misleading as they do not actually fully meet OSHA guidelines as they do not have hands on so we had to purchase separate training that also included what we paid 360 for. The money spent in no way aligned with the value and experience we recieved

I would not trust this company! I bought the OSHA 10 and OSHA 30. I did not receive my refund yet. Only 3 days passed and they never even responded to my emails. They only call you over the phone. I had to dispute them with my credit card company. Terrible customer service satisfaction.

I will never use this site for certifications again. Every time I try to complete my certificate, the site is down for maintenance. Also, I am a fast reader, and you have to wait for the bot to finish speaking before you can move on. It's very annoying.

IT WONT TRACK YOUR TIME CORRECTLY BEWARE! Don't waste your time because this is exactly what this website is designed to do. The courses wont track your time correctly even if you save your progress and log off. I've already spent OVER 12 EXTRA HOURS on osha 30 course because the timer resets back to a specific time stamp. Honestly i was going to do a bunch of courses on this website but after my experience of wasting my time i will never be coming back, what a joke
