Arrived ahead of scheduled delivery. And chat customer service helpful during ordering. How ever the XL TL shirts are very wide through the trunk. Fits across chest arms but comes down like a tent. That was disappointing.

I love how much attention to detail the embroidery consisted of. The process online was very user friendly and so is the customer service. I needed to make a correction shortly after I approved the design and it was handled quickly. Will definitely reuse for future events

Customink changed the product after providing their proof for the order. The proof stated “screen printing” which was the desired method. However, CustomInk elected to use “digital printing”. The design is plasticky and started delaminating after a single wash

The actual sticker that was produced was fine and looked as it was meant to. I have no issues with that. However, it seemed to take longer than needed to produce, I've gotten 100 T-shirts delivered faster from you guys. It felt like they didn't get done as fast as possible, rather it was timed to be delivered on the exact date that you contracted for. So I guess that's still fair, but I know you guys can do better. Additionally, the address I entered was apparently not a mailable address, despite it being an address in Google Maps and accepted by your website. I wish your company was able to recognize that before confirming the order because it left me unable to receive my delivery. And I went through Great lengths to try to find a person who could pick it up from the UPS store where it was dropped off at, after the delivery failed. And that added two days to the delivery.

The print was very faded. The previous shirt that I ordered was vivid and this one came out of the package looking faded and washed.

It looks like someone made it at home. I can’t believe you didn’t clean up my logo before printing it. It is the same logo you used on my hat. When it was blown up to fit the shirt some of the edges and detail got messed up. Whoever printed it should have noticed that and fixed it. I can’t wear the shirt in public to advertise my new business. The company I work for, (Decware)gets all of shirts and hats made here, that’s why I chose Custom Ink. After seeing my shirt, I’m questioning that decision.
