Such a lack of communication dealing with people ao 2 different coasts who did not respond when I asked for an update until I called a supervisor. Then not explaining the process and how the $95,000 I was supposed to get at closing disappeared 2 days before closing. I was blindsided. I wish I had stayed with the local company who was helping me but your terms were supposedly better. Big Bait and Switch! I recognize i didn’t make the payments but explained why that was. I will NEVER EVER recommend you to anyone.

Initially I was hesitant about doing a reverse Mortgage, but after speaking with Greg Brannis he explained everything in detail and put me at ease. Reverse mortgages have evolved and I knew it was the right choice for me. It's made my life a bit easier knowing that I don't have that monthly home equity payment and had some cash to do some updates on my home without putting me in debt. Thank u FOA! Would highly recommend them.
