Great quality products with quick shipping. I've made two purchases very happy they were very well packaged and the items arrived in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to make additional purchases in the future.
Unfortunately I have not received my order and have had zero updates and no communication from the company since placing the order apart from it’s been “shipped” provided my tracking details etc. I will not be ordering from here in the future!
We see you have been in contact with our customer care team and received the relevant tracking info. Your order should be delivered soon! 😀 Warm regards, Grasscity Aftercare
Great company, been around forever and never heard anything bad about it. Best glassware I've ever bought and was half the price even after shipping compared to what it would've cost for something similar locally. Ordered Thursday and got it delivered by Monday morning. Overall 10/10
Great company. Very fast postage . Great items
We ordered 5 items and received one. We have tried to contact Thr company multiple times and have received no response. The phone always has a busy signal.
This is fantastic, most awesome prices, totally great

The Padded Hard Case should be delivered soon. 😀 As for the Molino Glass LEAF King Size Slim Pre-Rolled Cones, there is a problem as those ship from Canada and their postal service is on strike. Please reach out to our customer care team for assistance at [email protected] Warm regards, Grasscity Aftercare
The glassware is really well made, can't wait to try it tonight. Delivery to UK was brilliant. Will definitely be shopping here in future. L
Was super excited about my new piece. Can't beat the price! Quality was superb. Packaging was great, the product came well wrapped and in perfect condition, no breaks! Looking forward to my next order. They've never let me down. Highly recommend!!
Shopping was easy and fast and arrived quickly but The insert is too big snd the top doesn’t fit it pops off if you don’t push it very hard which is not easy for someone with arthritis 🫠
this is not the item i ordered. completely different product. extremely small compared to what was advertised. you are better off buying glass from a gas station than wasting money with these people.
We're sorry you are unhappy with your purchase of the Glasscity Straight Cylinder Ice Bong | 10 Inch. If you received the wrong item please reach out to our customer care team with a photo by emailing [email protected] Warm regards, Grasscity Aftercare
